I recently had to downscale from renting a 2 bedroom apartment to renting a bedroom, and decided that it was time to spoil myself a little and makeover my new space.
I was struggling with all the design and decor choices and couldn't make a decision on it.
I found Miss Decor's page on Facebook and reached out to Justine to see if she could help me.
I am so happy that I found Justine, she contacted me straight away and we arranged a time for her to come and see the space and have a chat about what I wanted.
Justine is such a wonderful, caring, bubbly, friendly person, she listened to my ideas, my budget and gave me her ideas.
The best decision I made was accepting her quote, which was very reasonable, and leaving my room makeover in her capable hands.
The whole process took just a few days, Justine did everything, from layout, painting of my furniture, shopping for decor/bedding, arranging quotes for items, and finally putting it all together.
Then it was the big reveal day. Wow, what a makeover, my space is now beautiful, luxurious, sophisticated and dramatic while still being feminine and soft.
I am over the moon and love my room, Justine did such a great makeover and really went the extra mile for me.

I had the pleasure of working with Justine for an extended period from November 2023 to May 2024 as she designed and then oversaw extensive changes to my home that I share with two young adult children. Justine was unfailingly enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, available, throughout the process. I was looking for a designer and came across her website. From first contact, the process, and her costs, were made clear, and she stuck to them. There was frustration along the way, mainly because of changes from our side, and because of unforeseen challenges. These she handled courteously and with admirable patience. We did not always agree, but, because of mutual respect and trust, the project turned out brilliantly, and my kids and I are very happy with the result. Justine’s strengths are: her creativity, ideas, and knowledge of what is available; her creative process, which involves meeting the client and members of the household in the space to be lived in, and getting a detailed understanding of their desires and needs, and how the space will be used, before any designing takes place (the importance of this cannot be overemphasised); being able to adapt to changes, including to her design, without taking offense or being defensive; and managing the process, including dealing with suppliers, and overseeing numerous contractors, so that the client can get on with his/her life. Given the extent of her involvement, her fees are remarkably reasonable. 2 Finally, it is a cliché to say that someone goes the extra mile. It is however entirely true in Justine’s case. Two examples: On numerous occasions, Justine and I met at factories or showrooms to inspect products and finishes. None of this was in her agreed scope of work, and was not billed for separately. Our much-loved German Shepherd, Jess, was visibly stressed during the project, as I was, stupidly, living onsite. Justine offered to take Jess in while the work was being finished, and did so, and made Jess a loved part of her family for more than a month. Not your average designer! I recommend Justine Morgan unreservedly for your next project.

If you have ever wanted your house to be a unique piece of art you have just come across the artist/designer you need.
Justine has a talent that is very rare, and I would like to express why: Justine is a visionary who can take your idea to a new level that you weren’t even aware was possible.
If I had to summarise Justines work in 3 key points that makes her work unique:
- She understands how to be bold but edit herself down so there is a unique balance that can't easily be found.
- She is a master in colour choices and she has a great understanding in the concept of the colour wheel. I have showed other designers my work and they love the colour choices.
- She will know how to match your house to your personality.
Otherwise on another notes:
- Justine is a good listener and amazing to work with.
- She is passionate about her work and she will dedicate an enormous amount of work to your house.
- She has plenty of connections in the industry so she know who to contact when you need something special.
I would also like to say thank you Justine for designing my beautiful house. On a side note if you choose Justine as your designer I really recommend you use Renofix with her as their teamwork and communication is next level. I cannot recommend these two enough.
